SomniaRapid® consists of liquid melatonin in an effective and unique combination with lavender extract and vitamin B6. The product helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep (1 mg melatonin).
2 sprays in the mouth (à 0.5 mg melatonin) per day shortly before going to sleep.

Recommended intake
